Hilltop's Board and General League Meeting will be held on Sunday, February 12, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. in the Sacred Heart Church Falls Center located on the corner of North Manoa Road and Wilson Avenue. Coaches elections for the 2012 season will be held at this meeting. Anyone interested in coaching should contact Fred Steigerwalt, Mike Browne (baseball) or Joe Donato (softball). Congratulations to Bud, Chris, Derrick and the entire 8-&-Under baseball team. Jimmy Wright and Kyle Lazer went three innings each for a 12-0 shutout of BYC to win the Maple Zone Christmas tournament going 4-0. Great job by everyone.

Hilltop will be hosting a winter baseball clinic for returning players ages 8 through 12 on Thursday nights from January 12 through February 16, 2012. Sessions will be held between 6:00 and 9:00 P.M. in Haverford Middle School Gym D. Specific time slots for the 8 to 10-year-old and 11 & 12-year-old age groups will be determined after registration. Registration for these sessions will be on Thursday, January 5, 2012 from 7:00 to 8:00 P.M. in Haverford Middle School Gym D. If you are facing Haverford Middle School on Darby Road, Gym D is the building on the far left. The fee for the program is $25 and checks should be made payable to Hilltop Baseball.
