After a long and snowy off-season Hilltop needs everyone's help to prepare our fields for the upcoming season. Our annual field clean-up day will be on Saturday March 20, 2010 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon.

Hilltop's 2010 Beef and Beer fundraiser will be on Friday April 30, 2010 from 8:00 P.M. until Midnight. See the flyer for more information.

Hilltop's February Board of Directors meeting and general League meeting will be held on Sunday, February 21, 2009 beginning at 7:00 P.M. in the Sacred Heart Church Falls Center located at Manoa Road and Wilson Avenue. Coaches elections for 2010 teams will occur during this meeting.

The 12U & 10U Hilltop Hurricanes girl’s softball travel team would like to inform you of this year’s try outs. To be eligible to play for this team players must be 12 or younger as of December 31st, 2009. See the tryout letter for contact information and tryout dates, times, and locations.

At the January meeting the Board of Directors approved a Move-up Procedure for players requesting to move to a higher division. Please see the Move-up Procedure for details.

Registration information will be arriving in the mail soon for returning players.

Registration forms and payment are due back by JANUARY 22, 2009.

Hilltop will be conducting a Winter Baseball Clinic on Monday nights beginning January 25. Players will need to register to participate. See the Clinic Registration Form for session times and registration information.

Starting Saturday January 9 Hilltop will begin indoor practice for ALL girls in the Minor (10U) & Major division (12U). This is not a pitching clinic, but an open forum to practice general skills and shake the dust off the gloves. The clinics will be held at the Chatham Park School Gym from 1-3 P.M.

Hilltop's January Board of Directors meeting and general League meeting will be held on Sunday, January 10, 2009 beginning at 7:00 P.M. in the Sacred Heart Church Falls Center located at Manoa Road and Wilson Avenue.

Hilltop will be holding softball pitching clinics over the winter:

Wednesdays from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Manoa Elementary School Gym
Starting December 2, 2009 and running through February 24, 2010
Excluding: 12/16, 12/23, 12/30, 1/6, and 1/27

Saturdays from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at the Lynewood Elementary School Gym
Starting December 5, 2009 and running through March 27, 2010
Excluding: 12/26, 1/2, 1/16, and 2/13

On Friday evening the Hilltop snack bar was broken into sometime between 8:30 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. The Hilltop Board of Directors is offering reward of up to $250 for information that leads to the arrest of the individual(s) that broke into the snack bar.
